These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venture Ready website (the "Site"). Venture Ready is a brand of VR Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Venture Ready", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

Venture Ready provides digital presence and AI-enabled tools for small businesses, which may include websites, online booking, an AI assistant, messaging, reviews and follow-up. The Site describes our offering in general terms. Any paid services, specific deliverables, scope, pricing and service levels are agreed separately in a written service agreement, which governs that engagement and prevails over the Site in the event of a conflict.

The free Presence Review, and any demos, mock-ups, examples or materials we share, are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only, without obligation, and on an "as is" basis. Examples and demonstrations are illustrative and may use fictional businesses and data; they do not represent an actual client, an actual result, or a promise of any specific outcome.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular business result. Outcomes such as leads, sales, bookings, revenue, customer reviews, response times, or visibility in search engines or AI assistants depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, operations and third-party platforms. Nothing on the Site is a promise or warranty of performance.

AI-generated content

Some features rely on artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output, and any AI assistant is presented as an assistant, not a human and not a licensed professional. AI output does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or acting on it. Customers can always reach a human directly.

Our services and this Site rely on third-party providers and platforms — for example hosting, CRM and automation, telephone, SMS and messaging (including WhatsApp), payments, scheduling and analytics. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, security or terms. Communications consent

If you contact us or submit a form, you consent to be contacted by us by phone, SMS/text, WhatsApp and email in connection with your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully; not to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise its operation or security; and not to attempt to access it or any related systems or data in an unauthorized manner.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VR CAPITAL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VR Capital LLC and its owners, members, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

No affiliation

Venture Ready and VR Capital LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company or entity that may share a similar name.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and links do not imply endorsement.

Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability; entire agreement; no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. This English-language version governs.
